Intelligent and efficient arc welding system

     Based on high-precision industrial welding robot/servo system, intelligent sensor system and high-efficiency arc welding technology, the development of welding process visualization, real-time parameter detection and intelligent control arc welding system can realize high-efficiency welding of complex structures.

Research features:

1. Based on the developed advanced TIG/MIG/PAW welding process, combined with the digital operation structure or industrial robot, the research and development includes all-position plasma arc welding, narrow gap welding, TOP-TIG welding, plasma MIG composite welding, TIG-MIG composite welding and other systems;

2. According to the characteristics of the arc welding process, the swing arc welding seam tracking sensor system, the deep and narrow groove laser tracking system and the welding pool monitoring system are developed.

3. Develop industrial application of arc welding processing production line for user products.
