Guangzhou Youyan Welding Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Suiyouyan") was restructured in January 2021 at the Sino Ukrainian Welding Research Institute of Guangdong Academy of Sciences. It is a joint-stock enterprise with the Brazing Materials Achievement Transformation Department of the Sino Ukrainian Research Institute as the team and the Sino Ukrainian Welding Research Institute as the shareholder.
Our company specializes in the research and production of advanced brazing materials such as aluminum based, copper based, and nickel based, providing brazing technology support and high-end brazing material customization services.We are one of the few brazing material technology enterprises in China with independent research and manufacturing capabilities.
With over thirty years of solid theoretical knowledge in brazing and rich experience in product transformation, we have formed a dedicated, structurally reasonable, and innovative technology-based research and development and service team. The team adheres to the spirit of promoting craftsmanship, innovating products on the basis of the original, continuously expanding the team, and forming a circular business model of research production sales research.
The team successfully developed non-corrosive potassium fluoaluminate flux (Noclock Flux) and powdery aluminosilicate alloy (Al88-Si12) brazing materials in 1993, which broke the monopoly of foreign products in the market at one stroke, provided high-quality and low-cost brazing materials for the hardware and kitchen utensils industry in Guangdong and the Yangtze River Delta, and won the Guangdong Excellent Product Award in 1995. At present, the different series of high-quality brazing materials produced by our company are mainly used in the brazing of the same or different metals such as aluminum (aluminum alloy) - aluminum alloy, aluminum (aluminum alloy) - stainless steel, copper - copper alloy, copper - stainless steel, stainless steel - stainless steel and so on in the industries of kitchenware, hardware, electric heating appliances, automobile and power station air cooling. Its materials and technology have been granted a number of authorized patents, and won provincial and ministerial awards for many times. Its product quality is at the domestic or international advanced level.
