Cai Zhihong, secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Sino-Uzbekistan Welding Institute, introduced the basic situation of the Sino-Uzbekistan Welding Institute and the establishment process of Youyan Company. He expected Youyan Company to promote scientific and technological innovation, seize the opportunity and achieve high-quality development, and put forward safety requirements for resumption of work and production. Cai Peipei, the general manager of the research company, introduced the company's general situation, systematically reported the work related to safety production since the establishment of the company, and put forward four important tasks of "staff safety training, equipment normal detection, site potential hazard removal, and material system sorting" on the occasion of resumption of work in the new year. Hu Zeyu, the deputy general manager of the research company, conducted safety education and training for all employees to resume work and production after the holiday, analyzed real accident cases, revealed the serious consequences of lack of safety training, profoundly expounded the necessity of safety education and training for resumption of work and production after the holiday, put forward the "six ones" and "eight major safety inspections" for resumption of work and production, and prepared a detailed plan for staff safety training in 2023. After the training, the participants watched the safety production warning film for resumption of work.

Lin Suiwei fully affirmed the safety education and training activity, pointed out that the enterprise is in the initial stage, and should lay the root of safety awareness. The vivid image of "black swan" and "gray rhinoceros" shows that safety production can not be neglected, and requires to further improve safety awareness, implement various safety production work, compact the main responsibility of safety production, achieve "one line, three lines", and promote the standardized management of enterprise safety production.

After the meeting, Lin Suiwei and his delegation visited the laboratory of the Sino-Uzbekistan Welding Institute to provide on-site guidance on the laboratory safety work.
