On April 10, 2024, three leaders from the Social Sciences Department of the Guangdong Provincial and Guangzhou Municipal Statistical Bureaus visited the Industrialization Company of the China-Ukraine Welding Research Institute to conduct a field audit of the data quality of the 2023 annual corporate R&D and innovation report.

Cai Zhihong, Party Secretary of the Institute, expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the Social Sciences Department of the Statistical Bureau for their guidance and introduced the R&D and innovation work of the Institute and the Industrialization Company.

The audit team verified the company's R&D conditions, the authenticity of the R&D report data, and the application of product and technology innovation through discussions and reviewing the company's financial electronic ledgers, R&D expense subsidiary ledgers, and other relevant documents.

The audit team pointed out that the sample size of the current audit was about 1%, and the R&D and innovation statistical data of Guangzhou Youyan Welding Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was fully affirmed for its reasonable and compliant work. It emphasized that in the future, more attention should be paid to R&D and innovation statistical work to ensure complete, authentic, and accurate reporting.
